Paper Formatting Guidelines

The research papers shall adhere to the following formatting guidelines:

  1. The length of the paper shall not be less than 3,000 and more than 8,000 words;
  2. The paper shall have an abstract of a maximum of 250 words with four to six keywords;
  3. The Heading of the paper shall be typed in Capital, Bold, Font Size 16, Times New Roman, centered aligned;
  4. The main body shall be in Times New Roman, Font Size 12, Line Spacing 1.5, Justified Aligned;
  5. Sub-headings shall be in Bold but shall not be in the capital with Font Size 12, Line Spacing 1.5, Justified Aligned;
  6. Sub-Sub Headings shall be in italics with Font Size 12, Line Spacing 1.5, Justified Aligned;
  7. Sub-sub-sub-Headings shall be numbered with Roman numerals;
  8. Images shall be Central Aligned and with clarity, and authorities shall be duly cited, wherein case, if images are self-created, then such shall be mentioned as “Self-Created”;
  9. All charts and tables shall be center-aligned, and the authorities shall be duly cited;
  10. APA style of referencing shall be used with both in-text citation and expanded referencing at the end.

Submission Guidelines

The participants shall strictly adhere to the following guidelines:

  1. All papers shall strictly adhere to the Paper Formatting Guidelines otherwise shall be summarily rejected;
  2. All papers shall be original and unpublished with similarity index less than 10% and no AI content;
  3. Co-authorship for each paper is allowed up to two authors;
  4. No single author can submit more than one paper;
  5. The paper shall be uploaded to, or pasted into, the Google Form:
  6. In the case of two authors for the same paper, only one author shall fill out the submission form;
  7. All submissions shall be made through Google Forms;
  8. Only Word files are accepted; PDF files shall be summarily rejected;
  9. The name of the document shall be saved by the title of the paper;
  10. All submissions shall be made within the due date of submission.
